Turn Around Time (TAT) 

Please allow 3-5 days for processing orders. Orders will be shipped after processing. Should you have any questions or need to make changes during this time please email me at tracey@traceysbodytreats.com

 

Shipping Information


UPS and USPS are the methods of shipping if a customer has a preferred method of shipping please send the request to tracey@traceysbodytreats.com.

 Tracking information will be sent directly to the customers email address that was provided at the time the order was placed.

All shipments are insured. Please contact me at Tracey@traceysbodytreats.com if you do not receive your order.

 

Returns/Exchanges


Due to the nature of the product, no returns are allowed. However, Replacement of products will occur if a customer is dissatisfied with an order.

Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of your order.

There are no restocking fees.
